The Mentor.
Throughout this internship process, I had the privilege of being mentored by Brad Eggebraaten, a senior ATI physical therapist who works with many athletes at North Greenville University. He has a rich history of working in this field, with about 50 years of experience. At the job, he mostly works with athletes who are post-surgery. He also helps with the resident program and gives new physical therapists the chance to work with him, mentoring them through the process.
